This petition has been filed to relax the condition No.6(b) imposed on the petitioner in Crl.A.No.471 of 2024 vide judgment dated 13.06.2024, directing the petitioner to appear before the respondent Police daily at 10.30 a.m., until further orders.

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner.

3. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that the the petitioner is complying with the condition regularly.

4. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, the condition already imposed on the petitioner is relaxed and the petitioner shall appear before the respondent Police, as and when required for interrogation. This petition is ordered.
