ORDER

When the matter is taken up for hearing, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that the petitioner's father/convicted prisoner passed away and therefore nothing survives for consideration in this habeas corpus petition. He has also made an endorsement to that effect.
2.In view of the endorsement made by the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner, this habeas corpus petition is dismissed as infructuous.
