It is seen from the records that the learned counsel for the revision petitioner filed a Memo dated 31.07.2023 before the Registry stating that the present Criminal Revision Case has become infructuous since FIR has already been registered by the concerned police, based on the private complaint given by the complainant before the learned Metropolitan Magistrate for Exclusive Trial of CCB and CBCID Cases, Egmore, Chennai, and therefore, prayed for withdrawing the present Criminal Revision.

2. In view of the above, this Criminal Revision is dismissed as withdrawn. Consequently, connected Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is closed.
