When the matter is taken up, learned Government Advocate (crl.side) submitted that there is no petition enquiry or FIR pending against the petitioner.

2. When the matter was taken up for hearing on 01.08.2023, learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that petitioner's tractor bearing No.TN 54 Y 3903 was taken by respondent police.

Therefore, this Court directed the learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) to get instructions on this submission.

3. When the matter is taken up today, learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) submitted that respondent police have not taken the aforesaid Tractor from the petitioner.

4. Recording this submission, this petition is closed as no further orders is necessary.
