O R D E R

The wife seeks transfer of HMOP No.31 of 2021 pending on the file of the Sub Court, Virudhachalam to the Sub Court, Tambaram. The transfer is sought for on the ground of convenience of the wife.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner wife would submit that though her parents are residing at Virudhachalam, she has now got an employment and she is now residing at Perumbakkam on the outskirts of Chennai. The husband is residing at Ariyamangalam near Trichy.

3.Considering the convenience of the wife and the fact that she is employed in Chennai, the proceedings in HMOP.No.31 of 2021 are withdrawn from the file of Sub Court, Virudhachalam and transferred to Sub-Court, Alandur instead of Sub Court, Tambaram. It is made clear that this Court has not pronounced upon the veracity of the allegations made in the affidavit filed https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

in support of the transfer petition. The transfer is made only based on the convenience of the wife.

4.Considering the fact that the parties have been litigating from 2018, the Sub Court, Alandur is required to dispose of the original petition within a period of eight months from the date of receipt of papers from the Sub Court, Virudhachalam. The Transfer Civil Miscellaneous Petition is disposed of. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
