When the matter was taken up, it was brought to our notice that this Court vide order dated 21.06.2024 had granted ordinary leave to the detenue for a period of 15 days in W.P.No.12186 of 2024 commencing from 27.06.2024 till 11.07.2024. Now, the petitioner / father of the detenue has come before this Court seeking extension of the leave earlier granted.
2. We are not inclined with the reasons assigned in the present Writ Petition seeking extension of the earlier leave granted by us in W.P.No.12186 of 2024 dated 21.06.2024.
