ORDER

The petitioner has approached this Court with the present writ petition for a mandamus, directing the respondents 1 to 6 to forbear from in anyway proceeding or interfering with his property in Survey Nos.143/52 and 275/9 situated at Thiruvalangadu Village, Thiruttani Taluk, Thiruvallur District except under due process of law.

2.According to the learned counsel for the petitioner, the third respondent, with a mala fide intention, was trying to dispossess the petitioner from his property in question. Hence, this writ petition.

3.When the matter was taken up for consideration, the learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondents, on instructions, submitted that the third respondent is no more in service and hence, nothing survives for adjudication in this writ petition.

4.Recording the same, this writ petition stands closed. No costs. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petitions are also closed.
