This petition has been filed to relax the condition that the petitioner shall report before the respondent Police daily at 10.30 a.m until further orders in Crl.O.P.No.11694 of 2023 dated 18.05.2023 on the file of this Court.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Criminal side) submitted that the petitioner is complying with the condition regularly imposed by this Court.

3. Considering the said submission and having satisfied with the reasons, the condition imposed on the petitioner is modified and the petitioner is directed to appear before the respondent police once in a week at 10.00 a.m., until further orders.
