O R D E R

[Order of the Court was made by S.M.SUBRAMANIAM, J.] The learned Standing Counsel for the Chennai Corporation based on the status report made a submission that the encroachments has been removed and the relevant paragraph reads as under:

"7. I respectfully submit that, this respondent

has taken action immediately on knowing the pendency of the writ petition and has directed the officials to remove the encroachments made at G.K.Apartments, South West Boag Road, T.Nagar, Chennai - 600 017. Accordingly, the officials of Greater Chennai Corporation have removed the temporary structured erected abutting the road margin in front of the building in question on 26.02.2024 with the help of police protection. The photographs taken at the time of removal of encroachment is annexed herewith."

2. In view of the fact that the encroachments have already been removed, no further adjudication is required. Consequently, the Writ Petition stands disposed of. No costs.
