The instant writ petition has been filed with a prayer for issuing a Mandamus to direct the respondents to consider the petitioner's representation dated 07.04.2025 and direct the first and second respondents to pay the salary with arrears from the date of the petitioner's appointment, i.e. on 07.11.2022 to 30.03.2025 and to continue to pay monthly salary, within the time frame that may be fixed by this Court.
2. The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner was appointed as a Sweeper in the third respondent College. Subsequently, the second respondent approved the appointment to the petitioner's post. In this connection, the petitioner has sent a representation dated 07.04.2025 claiming arrears of salary and payment of monthly salary, and such representation is yet to be considered by the first and second respondents.

3. At this juncture, the learned Government Advocate appearing for the first and second respondents would fairly submit that they would consider the said representation of the petitioner within a reasonable time.
4. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate appearing for the first and second respondents and perused the materials available on record.

In view of the submission made by the Government Advocate, without going to the merits of this Writ Petition, this Court deems it appropriate to direct the first and second respondents to consider the petitioner's representation dated 07.04.2025, and pass orders on its own merits and in accordance with law, within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

6. In the result, this Writ Petition is disposed of with the above observations. No costs.
