When the matter is taken up, after hearing the submissions of the learned counsel for the petitioner, when this Court expressed its view that this petition for anticipatory bail cannot be considered favourably, the learned counsel for the petitioner sought permission of this Court for withdrawing this petition. He has also made an endorsement to that effect.

2.In view of the above submissions, permission is granted and this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed as withdrawn.
