ORDER

When the writ petition is taken up for admission, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner seeks permission of this Court to withdraw the writ petition. He has also made an endorsement as under:

"Since the filing of this writ petition, a communication has been served on the petitioner on 26.07.2019, with regard to fixation of her seniority.

withdrawn with liberty to file a fresh writ petition raising all the contentions raised herein in W.P.proposed to be filed against the communication served on 26.07.2019. Hence, it may be dismissed as withdrawn with liberty."
