Prayer: This Civil Miscellaneous Petition is filed seeking an order of interim injunction restraining the respondents 1 and 2, their representatives, their men and agents from alienating or in any way dealing with the suit schedule property comprised in RS.No.78/1 to an extent of 2.38 acres situated at Sanniyasipatti Village, Bavani Taluk, Erode District which is the subject matter in OS.No.316 of 2009 on the file of the I Additional District Munsif Court, Erode.
