This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.16283 of 2022 on 14.07.2022 that the petitioner shall stay at Kalpakkam and report before the Kalpakkam Town Police Station daily at 10.30 a.m., for a period of four weeks and thereafter report before the respondent police daily at 10.30 a.m., until further orders.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) would submit that the petitioner is complying with the conditions regularly.

3. Since the petitioner herein expresses some inconvenience to report before the respondent police, the said condition is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall appear before the committal Court on all hearings without fail and co-operate for the trial proceedings.
