Prayer: This Review Application is filed under Order 41 Rule 1 r/w 14 of Civil Procedure Code praying to review the order passed in W.P.No.10777 of 2016 dated 23.03.2016.

O R D E R

Heard the learned counsel for the review applicant and perused the materials placed before this Court.

2. This review application has been filed to review the order dated 23.03.2016, passed in W.P.No.10777 of 2016 by this Court.

3. The review applicant has unnecessarily filed the present review petition without knowing the prayer, sought for in the writ petition, which was filed only to issue a mandamus directing the respondent to consider his representation dated 26.02.2016 within the stipulated time.

4. Considering the subsequent events that had taken place during the pendency of the writ petition that the fourth respondent has issued an enquiry

notice on 02.03.2016, on the basis of representation given by the petitioner dated 26.02.2016, this Court has dismissed the writ petition by the order impugned herein. However, it is not known, as to why the review applicant has again approached this Court with this petition to review the said order without any cause of action. Therefore, this Court finds no merits in the review application as there is no error apparent on the face of the record.

5. Hence, this review application is dismissed. No costs.
