ORDER

This writ petition has been filed for the issuance of writ of Certiorari, calling for the records pertaining to the impugned order passed by the first respondent in letter No.EC/ C11/ 1869/ 2024 dated 20.06.2024 and to quash the same as illegal and arbitrary.

2. Heard the learned counsel on either side and perused the materials available on record.

3. In view of the order passed by the first respondent dated 05.08.2024, nothing survives in this writ petition for further adjudication. Subsequently, the second respondent issued communication dated 14.08.2024, thereby permitted the fourth respondent to proceed with the renovation work of his house without disturbing the main building and general public. It is under challenge before this Court in W.P.No.25116 of 2024.

4. Recording the above, this writ petition is closed. Consequently,
