The prayer in the writ petition is to issue a Writ of Mandamus directing the respondent to consider the representation CCE 10819/PA/2018-2019/106, dated 01.07.2019 of the petitioner.

2. Heard learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and learned Additional Government Pleader, who takes notice on behalf of the respondent.

3.From the affidavit of the petitioner, it appears that they have made a representation to the respondent-Tamil Nadu Teachers Education University to accord approval to conduct M.Ed., course for the academic year 2019-2020. The said representation is dated 01.07.2019.

4.The learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondent submits that the representation of the petitioner dated 01.07.2019 has been received by the respondent-University and an appropriate order will be passed after inspection. 5.Recording the submission of the learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondent, this writ petition is disposed of directing the respondent to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 01.07.2019 and pass an appropriate order in accordance with law, as expeditiously as possible. No costs.
