Prayer: Writ Petition is filed under Section 226 of the Constitution of India for issue of Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, calling for the entire records connected with the Impugned Provisional list of selection of Lecturer in Government Polytechnic College and Special Institution (Engineering / Non Engineering ) dated Nil in so far as Selection list of Schedule Caste candidates in post of Lecturer in Modern Office Practice is concerned, quash the same, consequently directing the Respondents to select Mrs. R.Kokila who has scored highest mark among the scheduled caste category candidates in SC (G) list instead of SC (W) list and place the petitioner who has scored next to her in SC (W) list.
