Original Petition No.249 of 2023 is filed to grant Letters of Administration in favour of the petitioners. In the petition, there are 9 respondents. It appears that the fourth respondent Nataraj died leaving behind the respondents 10 to 13 as his legalheirs.

2. To bring on record the legal heirs of the deceased fourth respondent, Application No.6406 of 2024 in O.P.No.249 of 2023 is filed with a delay of 229 days.

3. Considering the fact, the delay of 229 days is condoned and A.No.6403 of 2024 is allowed accordingly and the application to bring the proposed respondents 10 and 13 herein in the application No.6406 of 2024 as respondents 12 and 15 in the original petition is allowed. 16.12.2024 Note:

The learned counsel for the petitioners is directed to carry out necessary amendment and file amended petition copy within one week.
