These transfer petitions were filed seeking transfer of Suits O.S.Nos.2 of 2004 and 3 of 2004 on the file of the Principal District Court, Krishnagiri to the file of the Principal District Court, Vellore.

There was an order of interim stay by this Court only till 17.08.2011. Thereafter, the stay was not granted. 3.

It is now represented by the learned counsel for the respondents that the suits were dismissed for default on 09.10.2014 itself. Hence, nothing survives in these petitions. Earlier, it was reported that R5 and R7 died. But, no steps have been taken till today.

Recording the above submissions, Tr.C.M.Ps are dismissed as having become infructuous.

No costs, consequently connected miscellaneous petition are closed.
