CMP No.16896 of 2023 in CMA SR No.87911 of 2023 N.ANAND VENKATESH,J., This Civil Miscellaneous petition has been filed seeking to condone the delay of 1613 days in representing the CMA SR No.87911 of 2023. 2.Heard the learned counsel for the Appellant and perused the records. 3.This Court is not convinced with the reasons assigned in the affidavit filed in support of this petition and it is seen that there is more than four years delay in filing this appeal without assigning proper reasons. Hence, this Court is not inclined to condone the delay.
