Original Petition No.249 of 2023 is filed to grant Letters of Administration in favour of the petitioners. In the petition, there are 9 respondents. It appears that the second respondent Gowri Sambandham died leaving behind her son and daughter as her legalheirs.

2. To bring on record the legal heirs of the deceased second respondent, Application No.6405 of 2024 in O.P.No.249 of 2023 is filed with a delay of 18 days.

3. Considering the fact, the delay of 18 days is condoned and A.No.6402 of 2024 is allowed accordingly and the application to bring the proposed respondents 9 and 10 herein in the application No.6405 of 2024 as respondents 10 and 11 in the original petition is allowed. 16.12.2024 Note:

The learned counsel for the petitioners is directed to carry out necessary amendment and file amended petition copy within one week.
