Respondents Prayer: Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying to issue a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, to call for the entire records relating to the impugned order passed by the 1st respondent in his proceedings Na.Ka.No.2100/B1/2019, dated 10.07.2019 and consequential order passed by the 3rd respondent in his proceedings Na.Ka.No.405/A1/2019, dated 11.07.2019 and quash the same and consequently directing the respondents to place the petitioner in the original place of Panchayat Union Middle School, Kangayam (Kangayam Block).

The prayer sought for in this Writ Petition is to call for th entire records relating to the impugned order passed by the 1st respondent in his proceedings Na.Ka.No.2100/B1/2019, dated 10.07.2019 and consequential order passed by the 3rd respondent in his proceedings Na.Ka.No.405/A1/2019, dated 11.07.2019 and quash the same and consequently directing the respondents to place the petitioner in the original place of Panchayat Union Middle School, Kangayam (Kangayam Block).

2. It is submitted that the petitioner has joined the transferred place.

Hence, nothing survives for further adjudication. Accordingly, the Writ Petition is dismissed as infructuous. However, liberty is granted to the petitioner to make representation if any vacancy arises in the original place. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petitions are also closed. No costs.
