2.However, when the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that pursuant to the direction of this Court dated 01.03.2021, the petitioner/appellant paid the cost of Rs.500/- and also produced the receipt in proof of the same.

3.Hence, Registry is directed to number the appeal and list the case in the regular course.
