The present miscellaneous petition has been filed seeking to condone the delay of 9 days in preferring the above criminal appeal against the judgment dated 24.03.2022 in C.A.No.62 of 2019 passed by the learned District and Sessions Judge, Nilgiris, at Udhagamandalam.
