[Order of the Court was made by S.Nagamuthu, J.] Challenging the detention order made under Section 3(1) of the Tamil Nadu Prevention of Dangerous Activities of Bootleggers, Cyber Law Offenders, Drug Offenders, Forest Offenders, Goondas, Immoral Traffic Offenders, Sand Offenders, https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

Sexual Offenderrs, Slum Grabbers and Video Pirates Act, 1982 (Tamil Nadu Act 14/1982), detaining Mr.Settu, aged 37 years, S/o.Chinnaiyan, the petitioner has come forward with this petition.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the order of detention passed by the second respondent against the detenu dated 20.12.2015 has been revoked by the Government and he has also made an endorsement to that effect.
