ORDER

This writ petition has been filed for issue of writ of mandamus directing the 1st respondent to provide opportunity to the petitioners while disposing of the appeal filed by the 4th respondent dated 14.06.2024. 2.Heard Mr.A.Ilaya Perumal, learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner, Mr.E.Veda Bagath Singh, learned Special Government Pleader appearing on behalf of the 1st respondent and Mr.S.Karthikeyan, learned Standing Counsel appearing on behalf of respondents 2 & 3. 3.The 4th respondent had sought for allotment of the plot and the same was rejected and aggrieved by the same, the 4th respondent has filed an appeal before the 1st respondent. Since the appeal was not acted upon, the 4th respondent filed W.P.No.23247 of 2024 before this Court for a direction to dispose of the appeal. The 6th petitioner has sent objections on behalf of the other petitioners also and has also made a representation to the 1st respondent to consider the objections made by the petitioners while dealing with the appeal

4/6 filed by the 4th respondent. Since there was no response, the present writ petition has been filed before this Court.

4.Taking into consideration the facts and circumstances of the case and also the limited relief that has been sought for in this writ petition, there shall be a direction to the 1st respondent to hear the objections of the petitioner while dealing with the appeal filed by the 4th respondent before passing the final orders.
