O R D E R

This Writ Petition has been filed seeking for a direction to the 1st respondent to cancel the Settlement Deed in Document No.5861/2007 on the file of SRO, Arani Taluk in respect of Survey No.180/1 & 2 of Vinnamangalam Village, Arani Taluk, Tiruvannamalai District.

2.When the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned counsel for the petitioner, after taking instructions, submitted that the petitioner may be given permission to withdraw the Writ Petition with liberty to approach the Civil Court by filing a suit. The learned counsel has also made an endorsement to that effect.

3.In view of the same, the Writ Petition is dismissed as withdrawn, giving liberty to the petitioner to approach the Civil Court. No costs. Consequently, the connected miscellaneous petitions are closed.
