ORDER
The writ petition has been instituted to direct the respondents 1 to 3 to consider the petitioner's representation dated 10.03.2025 and further direct the respondents to take disciplinary action against the fourth respondent for his malafide actions.
Learned Counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner has given complaint to the respondents 1 to 3 against the 4th respondent vide representation dated 10.03.2025, for the irregularities committed and the said representation is yet to be considered by the respondents 1 to 3.
At this juncture, learned Government Advocate for the respondents 1 to 3 would submit that the petitioner's representation would be considered within a reasonable time.

In such view of the submission of the learned Government
Advocate, without going into the merits of the matter, this Court deems it appropriate to direct the respondents 1 to 3 to consider the petitioner's representation dated 10.03.2025 and pass orders on it's own merits and in accordance with law, after giving notice to the 4th respondent, within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. In the result, the Writ Petition is disposed of with the above direction. No costs.
