ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- Application filed seeking anticipatory bail in Crl.No.115 of 2020 which has been registred by the Inspector of Police, B-2, Esplnade Police Station, Chennai under Section 392 IPC. The First Information Report was registered on 04.06.2019.

2. The case of the prosecution was that the petitioner along with another person had tried to rob Rs.1,00,000/- from the de-facto complainant Abdul Rasid on 04.06.2019. A complaint was lodged. It is stated in the petition that the petitioner had been impleaded owing to the confession of the co-accused.

3. It is stated by the learned Government Advocate on the Criminal Side Mr.Hari Arumugam that there are three cases pending against the petitioner including one under Sections 302 IPC and also that non-bailable warrant is pending against him.

4. In view of these facts, talking into consideration the antecedents of the petitioner and more particularly that nonbailable warrant is pending against the petitioner, grant of https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

anticipatory bail would be highly in appropriate and hence, the Petition is dismissed.
