Today, the matter was listed under the caption "for being mentioned" at the instance of learned counsel for the petitioner. 2.The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that instead of mentioning the Court as learned Judicial Magistrate, Ambur, Vellore District, it has been wrongly mentioned in the order as learned Judicial Magistrate-II, Dharmapuri.

3.Necessary corrections shall be carried out by the Registry at Paragraph No.2 and 3 of the order and a fresh order copy shall be issued to the learned counsel for the petitioner.

4.The order shall also be marked to the learned Judicial Magistrate, Ambur, Vellore District.
