ORDER

(Order of the Court was made by V.BHARATHIDASAN, J.) The petitioner is the wife of one S.Saravanan (a) Stepan Kristi aged 35 years. He was found missing from 12.02.2016. Hence, she has given a complaint before the respondent police. Since no steps have been taken to trace the detenu, the petitioner has come up with this Habeas Corpus Petition.

2. The 1st respondent is present before this Court today and he produced a letter dated 20.6.2016 showing that the detenu https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

himself appeared before the first respondent and stated that he is staying with his father at Ooty and he was not illegally detained by anybody.

3. In our considered view, there is no scope for any order as prayed for as there is no illegal detention.
