ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioner, who apprehends arrest for the alleged offence under Sections 120(b), 420, 468 and 471 IPC in Crime No.61 of 2020, on the file of the respondent police, seeks anticipatory bail. 2.Heard both sides.

3.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that investigation has been completed and charge sheet has been filed in C.C.No.61 of 2020.

4.In view of the submission of the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, no apprehension will arise to the petitioner. However, the petitioner is directed to appear before the Trial Court on each and every date of hearing.
