The present Criminal Original petition has been filed seeking to grant special leave to the petitioner/ complainant to file appeal against the order of acquittal passed in CC.No.27 of 2022 dated 29.05.2024 on the file of learned XXVII Metropolitan Magistrate, Saidapet, Chennai-15 (Fast Track Court for Trial of cases under Section 138 of Negotiable Instruments Act).

2. Being satisfied with the reasons stated in the accompanying affidavit filed in support of this petition, this petition stands allowed and leave is granted to the petitioner to prosecute the appeal.

3. Registry is directed to number the Criminal Appeal, if the papers are otherwise in order and post the main case for admission.
