The petitioner herein alleging that the money transaction between him and one Muthulakshmi been given a criminal colour is before this 1/4

Court seeking protection from harassment.

The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondent police states that there is a complaint and complaint in counter, which is under investigation. The rival version made by the respective parties need to be investigated properly, for which, the petitioner is not cooperating with the investigation. 3.

Considering the complaint given by Muniyappan against Muthulakshmi and others and the complaint of Poongodi, daughter of Muthulakshmi, this Court is of the view that the complaint needs to be registered and properly investigated in the manner known to law. 4.

With this observation, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed.
