ORDER

The petitioner filed this writ petition challenging the communication sent by the 1st respondent to the 2nd respondent to proceed against the petitioner on the ground that the 1st respondent is not the competent Authority, to give such a direction.

It appears that in pursuant to such a direction, no material has been produced before this Court, indicating the fact that the 2nd respondent has proceeded against the petitioner. Challenging such internal communication of the 1st respondent to the 2nd respondent, the petitioner filed this writ petition and therefore, this Court is of the view that the writ petition filed by the petitioner is pre-matured one, inasmuch as, no cause of action appears to have arisen which aggrieved the petitioner. However, it is made clear that this order will not preclude the petitioner in any manner, to challenge if any cause of action arose in future in this regard. 3.

Accordingly, the writ petition stands dismissed as prematured. No costs. Consequently, the connected miscellaneous petition is also closed.
