2. Being satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of the petition and upon hearing learned counsel for the parties and the proposed parties being a proper and necessary parties for effective adjudication of the Writ Petition, this impleading petition is allowed.

3. Registry is directed to carry out the necessary amendment in the cause title.
