This petition is filed under Section 5 of the Limitation Act, to condone the delay of 51 days in filing the Criminal Appeal against the judgment dated 17.03.2023 made in Spl.C.C.No.13/2021 on the file of the learned Sessions Judge, Principal Special Court for Exclusive Trial of Cases under POCSO Act, Coimbatore.
2. Mr.S.Sugendran, learned Additional Public Prosecutor takes notice of the respondent and he did not raise any serious objection and this Court is satisfied with the reasons assigned in the affidavit filed in support of this petition. Hence, the petition is allowed.
