Man Industries (India) Private Limited v. Punjab National Bank

W.P.No.21764 of 2021 THE HON'BLE CHIEF JUSTICE and D.BHARATHA CHAKRAVARTHY,J The writ petition was disposed of by order dated 22.10.2021 directing the Debts Recovery Appellate Tribunal, Chennai to dispose of RA(SA) No.120 of 2019 within a time frame.

2. However, the matter is listed today seeking extension of time to conclude the proceedings by the Debt Recovery Appellate Tribunal in view of that the Debt Recovery Appellate Tribunal has become functional on appointment of the Chairperson.

3. Accordingly, time is extended and the period, which is given in the order of this Court dated 22.10.2021 would now be counted from today and within the extended period, the matter may be heard and decided.
