The High Court Of Judicature At Madras, v. S.Malar

W.M.P.No.20340 of 2019 in W.P.No.1124 of 2019 and W.M.P.No.20342 of 2019 in W.P.No.4090 of 2019 R.Subbiah,J and C.Saravanan, J (Order of Court was made by R.Subbiah,J) These petitions are filed by this Court represented by its Registrar General seeking for extension of time limit stipulated in the common order dated 29.04.2019 made in W.P.Nos.1124 and 4090 of 2019 for a period of two months.

2. Upon hearing the learned Standing Counsel appearing for the petitioners/this Court and on being satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavits filed in support of the petitions, these petitons are ordered, by extending the time by two months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
