2. This Court is satisfied with the reasons stated in the Affidavit filed in support of this petition. Accordingly, this petition is allowed as prayed for in C.M.P No.17581 of 2021 on condition that the Appellant pays a sum of Rs.1,000/- to the Secretary, Tamil Nadu Legal Service Authority, High Court, Chennai on or before 17.11.2021, failing which, this petition shall stand automatically dismissed.

3. Registry is directed to number the Appeal, if it is otherwise in order and list the same for admission.
