PRAYER: Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of Constitution of India praying to issue a Writ of Certiorari to call for the records relating to resolution to Item No.19, dated 18.07.2002 of the 1st respondent and the consequential communication of the 2nd respondent issued in Ref.Dean/R.P.2/2002, dated 07.08.2002 and the final order of the 2nd respondent issued in Estt.II.T.3/03, dated 14.10.2003, quash the same.

Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner. There is no representation on behalf of the respondents.
2. It is reported by the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner that there is no instructions from his client namely, the writ petitioner. Hence, the writ petition may be dismissed as no instructions.
3. It is seen from the records that the writ petition is of the year 2003 and the same is pending for the past 14 years. Apart from that, there is no instructions from the writ petitioner.
4. In view of the above, the writ petitioner is not interested in prosecuting the case. Hence, the writ petition is dismissed. No costs.
