O R D E R

The Writ Petition has been filed seeking to issue a Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondent to transfer the allotment for the Plot No.31, Extent 33 sq.mtrs., Pudhu Nagar, Vyasarpadi, Chennai-39 from Lourdhusamy, considering the petitioner's representation dated 10.4.2018 to the respondent and for consequential direction to execute and register a sale deed in favour of the petitioner.

2.

Heard the learned Counsel for the petitioner and the learned Standing Counsel appearing for the respondent. 3.

A perusal of the typed set of papers filed along with the affidavit filed in support of the writ petition would go to show that the property-in-question was allotted to the brother of the petitioner's husband by Allotment Order dated 15.6.1995 and after his death, since he was a bachelor, the said property was enjoyed by the petitioner's husband and his family. While so, the petitioner's husband Anthony died on 25.6.2016. Though the petitioner produced a legal heir certificate of her husband, she failed to produce the legal heir certificate of her brotherhttps://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

in-law Lourdhusamy, on whose name the property stands. Therefore, I find no merit in the Writ Petition. 4.

In the result, the Writ Petition fails and the same is accordingly dismissed. No costs.
