Prayer : Habeas Corpus Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, to call for the records pertaining to the order of detention passed by the 2nd respondent in No.C3/DO/No.46/2023 dated 04.06.2023 against the petitioner's daughter Sujatha, Female, aged 33 years, wife of late Guanseelan now confined in Special Prison for Women, Vellore and set aside the same and direct the respondents to produce the detenue before this Court and set her at liberty.

ORDER
[Order of the Court was made by S.S.SUNDAR, J.,] (1)The petitioner, mother of the detenu Rajamani, has come forward with this petition challenging the detention order passed by the 2nd respondent dated 04.06.2023 slapped on her daughter, branding her as "Bootlegger" under the Tamil Nadu Act 14 of 1982.
(2)The learned Additional Public Prosecutor on instructions, produced before this Court, the subsequent order dated 09.07.2023 passed by the Detaining Authority observing that the Detention Order has been cancelled as the Detention Order has not been approved by the
Government within twelve days.
(3)Recording the submission of the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, this petition is dismissed as infructuous.
