This petition is filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioners is that petitioners shall report before the respondent police on everyday at 10.30 am, until further orders in Crl.OP.No.10520 of 2025 dated 17.04.2025. https://www.mhc.tn.gov.in/judis

2. Learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that the petitioners have been regularly complying with the conditions imposed by this Court.
3. Considering the said submission, the condition imposed by this Court that the Petitioners shall report before the respondent police everyday at 10.30 a.m., until further orders, is relaxed and the petitioners are directed to appear before the respondent police as and when required for investigation.
4. With the above direction, this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition stands ordered.
