This petition is filed to condone the delay of 37 days in filing the above C.M.A as against the judgment and decree dated 22.02.2023 passed in M.C.O.P.No.28 of 2023, on the file of the Motor Accident Claims Tribunal, Chief Judicial Magistrate Court, Tiruvarur.

2.Though notice have been served, none appeared on behalf of the respondents to contest the case. 3.Heard the learned counsel for the appellant. Having satisfied with the reasons stated in the accompanying affidavit filed in support of this petition, this petition stands allowed.

4.The Registry is directed to number the above C.M.A.SR.No.87972 of 2023, if the papers are otherwise in order.
