This petition has been filed for a direction to the 2nd respondent to consider the representation made by the petitioner to transfer the FIR in Crime No.28 of 2023 from the 1st respondent to the file of the CCB, Chennai.

When the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor based on written instructions received from the Avadi Commissionerate submitted that the case has already been transferred to CCB, Chennai.

In view of the above development, the request made by the petitioner has been fulfilled and recording the same, this Criminal Original petition is closed.
