Mr.M.Selvam For Respondents :

ORDER
The learned counsel for the Petitioner has drawn the attention of this Court to the affidavit filed in support of the main writ petition and would submit that an inadvertent mistake has been committed by
mentioning about WP No.27969 of 2007. It is admitted that the same has not been filed by the petitioner and therefore this court dismissed the writ petition.
However, it is to be pointed out at this juncture, this Court has to go by the averments made in the affidavit filed in support of the Writ Petition and therefore, taking into consideration of the said fact only, the petitioner is granted liberty to file a fresh writ petition, if it is permissible under law and if it is so advised and the prayer now sought for by the petitioner travels beyond the scope of review jurisdiction. Therefore, the Review Petition is dismissed.
