A.No.4159 of 2022 is filed to implead the applicant as fourth defendant on the ground that applicant is claiming as a legatee on two earlier Wills dated 21.05.1990 and 30.09.1991 executed by testratrix namely Smt.Parvathy. 2.When the matter is taken up, the learned counsel for the respondents/plaintiffs have no objection for allowing this application for impleadment.

3.The learned counsel for the defendants D1 and D2 has also no serious objection for allowing this application.

4.In the circumstances stated in the affidavit and reasons submitted by the learned counsel for the applicant, this application is allowed. The learned counsel for the plaintiff is directed to take appropriate steps for amending the plaint and file amended plaint.
