2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner/appellant and the learned counsel for the first respondent.

3. The learned counsel for the first respondent has no objection for this petition being allowed.

4. Being satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of the petition, this petition is allowed and the delay of 8 days in presenting the above appeal in S.A.Sr.No.14369 of 2020 is condoned.

5. The Registry is directed to number the appeal, if it is otherwise in order and list the same for admission.
